A runbook, not a process authority.

Effective October 5, 2026. PowderRunbook provides local recordkeeping tools for powder-coating workshop operations.

Operator responsibility

The app records information entered by the user. It does not determine or approve cure schedules, certify finished parts, verify regulatory or standards compliance, or replace qualified operators, calibrated inspection equipment, manufacturer technical data, safety documentation or approved shop procedures.

Safety and verification

Always follow the current coating manufacturer's TDS/SDS, equipment instructions, ventilation and PPE requirements, applicable workplace rules, and your own validated preparation, application, cure and inspection procedures.

License

Your App Store purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices permitted by Apple's terms. Reverse engineering, resale or redistribution of the app is not permitted except where law requires otherwise.

Availability

The app is designed to work offline. Features may evolve through updates, and device or operating-system requirements may change over time.

Liability

To the extent allowed by applicable law, OperatorX is not responsible for rework, material loss, production delay, property damage or injury caused by reliance on unverified records or unsafe work practices.

Apple terms

Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms and standard end-user license terms.
